First Email - Provo MTC

Hey there! 

The past couple of days have been the longest days of my life! But it's good! Class is fun! My companion is Elder Gold from Boise, he is super cool! My district is awesome! Most of us are going to Rochester. I've been pretty homesick... but I'm doing well! The MTC is such a cool place! It has such a sweet spirit. I love it here! Brad lives one door down from me so we see each other all the time! I've seen Elder Empy, Elder Staufer, Elder Blakeslee, and Elder Southwick (all of them I went to school with).  I've seen Treagan a lot the past couple of days. That's a great blessing but it makes me think of home and I get sad. I know as the time progresses I will be able to work harder and get lost in the work.

I don't know what else to write... not a lot of things go on in the MTC except for classes and stuff. But miracles happen all the time. This place is amazing.  I miss my mamma so much. I will start the bigger the emails cause not a lot has gone on in two days... except lots of crying and a growing testimony.

i love and miss you guys so much!! Hardest thing I've ever loved to do. I can testify that Christ lives I've seen his hand in my life more in the past 2 days then pretty much in my life. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to serve the lord and grow closer to him and to the people of New York. I don't think I've ever cried so much...
